Field Agent Acquires SimpliField

Field Agent, a Fayetteville-based leader in crowdsourced retail audits, has acquired Paris-based SimpliField, a mobile-first retail performance management platform, with investment support from Five Elms Capital. The deal combines Field Agent’s large crowdsourced auditing footprint with SimpliField’s in-store workforce management and analytics to create an end-to-end retail operations solution and accelerate geographic expansion and product capabilities.
