Xcite Automotive has acquired Buffalo-based CarsByText.com, a text-based automation platform for dealership operations and marketing. The acquisition brings CarsByText founder Raj Suchak into Xcite as Chief Technology Officer and adds text-first automation capabilities to Xcite's dealer-focused software and services.

Xcite Automotive has acquired Pinnacle Automotive, including its Diamond Dealer Services and Diamond Digital PRO platforms, to expand its reconditioning, merchandising and inventory workflow capabilities. The Pinnacle assets will be integrated into Xcite's ReconLogic and Frontline platforms; Camden Partners (a Baltimore-based private equity firm) also joined Xcite's board as part of the announcement.

The acquisition adds Car Studio Pros' automated vehicle photography studios and proprietary software to Xcite's offerings, enabling higher-volume, VIN-specific interactive content for dealers, OEMs, auctions and rental companies.

Ltd.) completed a business combination on June 7, 2022, pursuant to which it acquired XMachina-AI Inc. and renamed the resulting issuer XMachina AI Group Inc. The Resulting Issuer will carry on XMAI's business, intends to apply to list its subordinate voting shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange, and plans to accelerate growth by injecting capital and talent into AI and data-analytics businesses.
