International Wire Group (IWG) has acquired Owl Wire and Cable from Marmon Holdings, Inc. The transaction adds Owl’s high-volume bare and tinned copper wire manufacturing operations in Canastota, Rome and Boonville, New York to IWG’s U.S. and European manufacturing footprint, expanding IWG’s product capabilities and capacity to serve industrial, electronics, aerospace and automotive end markets.
