Advanced Instruments (headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts) serves clinical, biopharmaceutical and food & beverage markets and reported approximately USD 72 million in sales for the 12 months ending June 30, 2020.

Funds advised by Triton have acquired the majority of Aleris (Aleris Healthcare AB and Aleris Imaging AB) from Patricia Industries (part of Investor AB) in a completed divestiture. Aleris, headquartered in Stockholm with more than 3,000 employees and ~100 facilities across Scandinavia, provides specialty care, radiology and diagnostics and will be developed further by Triton as part of its Nordic healthcare platform.
