Insight Equity's portfolio company LDX Solutions has acquired Western Pneumatics, Inc., a full-service fabricator of pneumatic and mechanical conveying systems headquartered in Eugene, Oregon, with a secondary fabrication location in Ruston, Louisiana. The add-on transaction expands LDX's manufacturing, installation and aftermarket service capabilities for air pollution control and material-handling systems across the contiguous United States.
