VantEdge Partners, a family investment office, completed the strategic acquisition of ServiceMaster by Century and ServiceMaster by Disaster Recon and will operate the combined business under the DBA ServiceMaster CDR. The transaction consolidates roughly 40 franchise/license territories across Texas and Ohio to create a multi-location restoration platform led by Blake Moak, Jillian Moak and Greg Dennison.

Urbint Acquires StormImpact

Urbint, an AI resiliency platform for utilities and critical infrastructure, has acquired StormImpact, an AI company that predicts storm, wildfire, and flood risk to utility infrastructure. The acquisition integrates StormImpact’s weather-impact modeling into Urbint’s Storm Response tools to help utilities pre-stage crews, allocate resources, and increase grid resiliency against extreme weather.

AVALT and VantEdge Acquire Suburban

AVALT, a Boston-based private equity-focused family office, and VantEdge, a Kansas City-based family office investment firm, have acquired Suburban Intermediate Holdco, Inc., a Waukesha, Wisconsin provider of drywall, insulation, steel framing and custom finish installation services. The sponsors invested alongside members of Suburban's management and plan to pursue an acquisition-driven strategy to expand the platform's geographic footprint beyond Wisconsin; terms were not disclosed. High Street Capital sold the company.

NMR Acquires Water Damage Clean

ATI Restoration, a family-operated restoration contractor headquartered in Anaheim, California, has acquired Venturi Restoration, a multi-state provider of emergency response, property reconstruction and renovation services with 21 offices and nearly 400 employees. The acquisition expands ATI's presence into six new states and significantly increases its national footprint, with financial terms not disclosed.
