PureCars, a provider of digital marketing technology for automotive dealers, has acquired AutoSigma, a digital asset management platform that automates creation and syndication of vehicle advertising assets. The deal — executed by PureCars (which is backed by Diversis Capital Partners and Stage 1 Ventures) — is an add-on to expand PureCars' MarTech capabilities and speed dealers' time-to-market for OEM-compliant advertising.

Atlanta-based Mammoth Holdings announced it has acquired PureMagic Carwash, a seven-unit express conveyor car wash operator in the greater Knoxville, Tennessee market. PureMagic founders Jim and Teri Rooney reinvested a meaningful portion of their proceeds into Mammoth equity; the deal was advised on the sell-side by Amplify Car Wash Advisors and Mammoth is backed by Red Dog Equity LLC.

Cars Commerce (Cars.com Inc.) Acquires DealerClub

Cars Commerce (d/b/a Cars.com) acquired DealerClub, a dealer-to-dealer digital wholesale auction, for approximately $25 million in cash with up to $88 million of additional performance-based consideration. The deal, which closed January 23, 2025, expands Cars Commerce’s Trade & Appraisal strategy by adding transactional wholesale capabilities and access to a dealer-facing marketplace serving 650+ dealer customers.
