Trademark Global Acquires Bolton Furniture

Trademark Global, a portfolio company of Bertram Capital, has acquired Bolton Furniture, Inc., an online seller of ready-to-assemble, flat-pack furniture. The deal is an add-on acquisition to Trademark's platform to expand its furniture category and leverage Bolton's supplier relationships and R&D; Bolton's leadership will remain with the combined organization. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands DevRight’s audio/visual and event production capabilities, combining DTX’s video and photography services with DevRight’s speaker development, brand and event offerings to provide a broader suite of services to corporate and event clients.

Tactiq Acquires GlobalWorx

TRP Capital partnered with DTI co-founders Chris Wiegel and Kurt Saldana to acquire Diversified Technologies International (DTI) as a new platform investment for TRP V. DTI is an asset-light provider of supply chain and program management for tooling design and manufacturing serving automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers; TRP expects to add value via customer growth and infrastructure support.

CORE Industrial Partners Acquires 3DXTECH, Triton 3D and Gearbox to Form Additive Manufacturing Platform

CORE Industrial Partners formed a new additive manufacturing platform and completed the acquisitions of 3DXTECH LLC, Triton 3D LLC and Gearbox3D LLC. The combined company will provide 3D printers, high-performance filaments and related services from a single 68,000 sq. ft. Grand Rapids, Michigan facility to serve end markets including aerospace, medical and automotive.

Passport Acquires Brand Access

Passport, a Palo Alto-based international e-commerce solutions provider, has acquired Brand Access to integrate in-country fulfillment enablement and marketplace management into its Passport Global offering. The deal expands Passport's capabilities for helping DTC brands scale into markets such as Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia by combining cross-border logistics, localization, and managed local-market services.
