Marvell Technology Acquires Tanzanite Silicon Solutions

Marvell Technology announced a definitive all-cash agreement to acquire privately-held Tanzanite Silicon Solutions, a developer of Compute Express Link (CXL) technologies, to strengthen Marvell's cloud-optimized CXL portfolio and accelerate composable data center initiatives. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of the current fiscal year, subject to customary closing conditions and Tanzanite shareholder approval.
