Marvell Technology Acquires Tanzanite Silicon Solutions

Marvell Technology announced a definitive all-cash agreement to acquire privately-held Tanzanite Silicon Solutions, a developer of Compute Express Link (CXL) technologies, to strengthen Marvell's cloud-optimized CXL portfolio and accelerate composable data center initiatives. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of the current fiscal year, subject to customary closing conditions and Tanzanite shareholder approval.

Marvell Technology Acquires Celestial AI

Marvell Technology, Inc. completed its acquisition of Celestial AI, bringing Celestial’s Photonic Fabric optical interconnect technology into Marvell’s Data Center Group to strengthen its AI and data center connectivity capabilities. Marvell expects initial revenue contributions beginning in the second half of fiscal 2028, with material ramp to a $500 million annualized run rate by Q4 FY2028 and $1 billion by Q4 FY2029; the deal reduced Marvell’s cash balance by $1 billion and added roughly $50 million in annual non-GAAP operating expenses.

Relatech Acquires ConneXSoft Product Suite

Relatech S.p.A. has acquired the product suite of ConneXSoft GmbH, a Munich-based provider of SCADA extension software for building, energy management and industrial automation markets. The deal supports Relatech's internationalization into the DACH region, strengthens its Ignition SCADA distribution in Germany and Austria, and led to the creation of a new entity, Relatech CXS GmbH, to serve local customers and partners.

Graybar Acquires CX Connexion

Buy-Out Group Led by Win-Light Global Seeks to Acquire ConnectM Technology Solutions

An investor buy-out group led by Win-Light Global (with SriSid LLC and Arumilli LLC) has increased its holdings in ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc. and proposed to acquire all remaining shares at $1.60 per share in an investor-led take-private offer valuing the company at roughly $62 million. Following the latest purchase, the Buy-Out Group holds approximately 9.49 million shares (about 24.5% of outstanding shares); ConnectM's board is evaluating the proposal with financial advisor ThinkEquity.

Taboola Acquires Connexity from Symphony Technology Group

Taboola (Nasdaq: TBLA) has entered into and completed an agreement to acquire Connexity from Symphony Technology Group for approximately $800 million in cash and Taboola shares. The deal brings Connexity's e-commerce media platform — serving ~1,600 merchants and 6,000 publishers — into Taboola to expand its open-web e-commerce recommendation capabilities and diversify revenue toward the growing e-commerce media market.
