Marvell Technology Acquires Aquantia Corp.

Marvell Technology Group Ltd. agreed to acquire Aquantia Corp. for $13.25 per share in cash (approximately $452 million enterprise value). The acquisition, announced May 6, 2019, is expected to close by the end of 2019 subject to regulatory and stockholder approval and will expand Marvell’s high-speed Ethernet connectivity portfolio, including automotive networking capabilities.
