Paramount Health Management Acquires Life Launch Centers

Paramount Health Management, led by behavioral health executive James Bailey, acquired St. George, Utah–based Life Launch Centers, which operates four outpatient facilities offering IOP and PHP programs. Bailey plans to rebrand the business as Anxiety, Trauma and Depression Treatment Centers and scale it into a larger behavioral health platform (targeting ~50 outpatient programs over five years) with geographic expansion into northern Utah, southern Idaho, California and Texas.
