Cornerstone Building Brands (NYSE: CNR) acquired Kleary Masonry, Inc., a Sacramento-based installer of manufactured stone veneer, to expand its turnkey stone veneer solutions and strengthen its presence in Northern California. Kleary, founded in 1959, employs approximately 230 people and had over $40 million in sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2019.
