Littelfuse Acquires Hartland Controls

Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ: LFUS) has acquired Hartland Controls, a Rock Falls, Illinois-based manufacturer of electrical control products and engineered assemblies used primarily in HVAC/R and other industrial control applications. The seller was Incline Equity Partners; Hartland reported approximately $70 million in sales for 2020 and will be integrated into Littelfuse's industrial business to expand its control product portfolio and engineering capabilities.

Littelfuse Acquires Carling Technologies

Littelfuse, Inc. acquired Carling Technologies, Inc. for $315 million in cash. The acquisition — completed in November 2021 — brings Carling's switching and circuit protection products, approximately $170 million in annualized sales and ~2,800 employees into Littelfuse's commercial vehicle business to expand its presence in commercial transportation and communications infrastructure markets.

Littelfuse Acquires C&K Switches from Sun Capital for $540 Million

C&K, headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, has annualized sales of over $200 million and will be reported within Littelfuse's Electronics reporting segment.

Bel Fuse Acquires 80% of Enercon Technologies for $320M

Bel Fuse Inc. acquired an 80% stake in Enercon Technologies Ltd. from Fortissimo Capital for $320 million (based on a $400 million enterprise value), with up to $10 million of potential earnouts and an intent to purchase the remaining 20% by early 2027. The acquisition expands Bel Fuse’s aerospace and defense product portfolio and manufacturing footprint (including sites in North America and India) and will have Enercon operate under Bel’s Power and Solutions segment.

Eaton Acquires Tripp Lite for $1.65 Billion
