Littelfuse Acquires Basler Electric Company for ~$350M

Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ: LFUS) completed the acquisition of Basler Electric Company on December 11, 2025 for approximately $350 million in cash. The acquisition brings Basler’s electrical control and protection product portfolio and ~700 employees into Littelfuse to expand high-power application capabilities and deepen presence across mission‑critical industrial end markets such as power generation, grid/utility infrastructure and data centers.

Littelfuse Acquires Carling Technologies

The acquisition — completed in November 2021 — brings Carling's switching and circuit protection products, approximately $170 million in annualized sales and ~2,800 employees into Littelfuse's commercial vehicle business to expand its presence in commercial transportation and communications infrastructure markets.

Littelfuse Acquires Hartland Controls

(NASDAQ: LFUS) has acquired Hartland Controls, a Rock Falls, Illinois-based manufacturer of electrical control products and engineered assemblies used primarily in HVAC/R and other industrial control applications. The seller was Incline Equity Partners; Hartland reported approximately $70 million in sales for 2020 and will be integrated into Littelfuse's industrial business to expand its control product portfolio and engineering capabilities.

FTX US (West Realm Shires) Acquires Embed Financial Technologies

West Realm Shires Inc. (FTX US) announced it will acquire Embed Financial Technologies Inc., including its wholly owned subsidiary Embed Clearing LLC, to integrate clearing, custody and white‑label brokerage capabilities into FTX Stocks. The deal—subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals—will allow FTX US to route, execute, clear and custody equities and options trades and offer brokerage services to other businesses; the purchase price was not disclosed.

Littelfuse Acquires C&K Switches from Sun Capital for $540 Million

Littelfuse, Inc. has completed the acquisition of C&K, a designer and manufacturer of electromechanical switches, from an affiliate of Sun Capital / Sun European Partners for a total enterprise value of $540 million. C&K, headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, has annualized sales of over $200 million and will be reported within Littelfuse's Electronics reporting segment.

YFM Equity Partners Invests £5M in Fuuse
