Littelfuse Acquires C&K Switches from Sun Capital for $540 Million

Littelfuse, Inc. has completed the acquisition of C&K, a designer and manufacturer of electromechanical switches, from an affiliate of Sun Capital / Sun European Partners for a total enterprise value of $540 million. C&K, headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, has annualized sales of over $200 million and will be reported within Littelfuse's Electronics reporting segment.
