Littelfuse Acquires Hartland Controls

Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ: LFUS) has acquired Hartland Controls, a Rock Falls, Illinois-based manufacturer of electrical control products and engineered assemblies used primarily in HVAC/R and other industrial control applications. The seller was Incline Equity Partners; Hartland reported approximately $70 million in sales for 2020 and will be integrated into Littelfuse's industrial business to expand its control product portfolio and engineering capabilities.
