Ambipar Response, part of Ambipar Group, has acquired IntraCoastal Environmental, LLC (ICE), a southeastern U.S. marine, industrial and emergency-response services provider with offices in Jacksonville and Savannah. The deal expands Ambipar Response's North American footprint and will integrate ICE into Ambipar's network of global emergency response and environmental services offices.

Endeavor Fire Protection, a platform of private equity firm Building Industry Partners (BIP), has acquired Allegiant Fire Protection. The acquisition expands Endeavor's service capabilities into 24/7 monitoring, testing and inspection of fire suppression systems and into the design and installation of fire alarm systems, while strengthening its presence in the Greater Chicagoland and Midwest markets.

Incline Equity Partners Acquires Alliance Environmental Group

Pittsburgh-based private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has acquired Alliance Environmental Group, a California-headquartered provider of environmental remediation and indoor air quality services. Alliance, previously a portfolio company of MFG Partners and ORIX Corporation USA Private Equity Solutions, operates 14 locations across CA, AZ, NV and WA; Incline plans to support geographic and capability expansion and further consolidation in the sector. Terms were not disclosed; Baird served as financial advisor to Alliance.

EIS Holdings Acquires AET Group
