Ambipar Response Acquires Allied International Emergency to Enter North America

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Acquires Urgentem

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) has acquired Urgentem, a provider of global corporate emissions and climate transition data, to expand ICE's climate risk and sustainable finance offerings. Urgentem supplies Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions data and analytics for over 30,000 public and private securities; terms were not disclosed and the deal is not expected to be material to ICE's financials.

Alliance Environmental Group Acquires Coast Environmental

Alliance Environmental Group, LLC has acquired Coast Environmental, a Carlsbad-based provider of indoor air quality management and life-safety services to hospitals and healthcare facilities. The acquisition expands Alliance's environmental remediation and HVAC/IAQ service capabilities, adding expertise in fire stopping, fire damper testing, containment for infection control, kitchen exhaust cleaning, HVAC refurbishment and mold remediation.

Arotech (ATSD) Acquires Inter-Coastal Electronics

Arotech Corporation's Training and Simulation Division (ATSD), a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group, has acquired Inter-Coastal Electronics, Inc. (ICE), a Mesa, Arizona–based designer and manufacturer of live training and test instrumentation systems. The acquisition adds vertically integrated manufacturing capability and expands ATSD's aviation training solutions, with ICE joining ATSD's FAAC business unit; ICE's president Shawn Kirkpatrick will remain in his role.
