Intuit has agreed to acquire Mailchimp for approximately $12 billion in cash and stock to create an end-to-end customer growth platform for small and mid-market businesses. The acquisition brings Mailchimp's marketing automation and AI-driven capabilities into Intuit's platform to drive customer acquisition, engagement and analytics, and is expected to close before the end of Intuit's second quarter fiscal 2022.

WP Engine Acquires Big Bite

Big Bite's agency business will be wound down and its team will transition into WP Engine's engineering organization to help build enhanced publishing software and tooling for enterprise publishers and agency partners; financial terms were not disclosed.
