Executech, a US-based managed IT and cybersecurity provider backed by Evergreen Services Group, has acquired Dyrand Systems, an IT support provider headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. Dyrand will continue to operate as a standalone Canadian entity with its leadership team remaining in place; the deal expands Executech's Canadian footprint and brings additional cybersecurity and cloud capabilities to Dyrand's clients.
