Executech (Evergreen Services Group) Acquires Nucleus

Executech, a managed IT services provider backed by Evergreen Services Group, has acquired Vancouver-based Nucleus, a managed IT/support provider founded in 2001. Nucleus will continue to operate as a standalone Canadian corporation with CEO Martin DesRosiers and the existing management team remaining in place while founder Gary Baerg transitions away from the business; the deal expands Executech's geographic reach into Canada as part of Evergreen/Executech's ongoing roll-up strategy.

Executech Acquires Dyrand Systems

Dyrand will continue to operate as a standalone Canadian entity with its leadership team remaining in place; the deal expands Executech's Canadian footprint and brings additional cybersecurity and cloud capabilities to Dyrand's clients.

Executech Acquires California Computer Options Inc.

The CCO team will remain in place and operate as a stand-alone brand while gaining access to Executech’s broader IT, cybersecurity, and cloud resources. The acquisition expands Executech’s presence in Southern California and strengthens its managed services and cybersecurity capabilities.

Mimecast Acquires Elevate Security

Financial terms were not disclosed; Mimecast said the integration has begun and customers will see Elevate's technology integrated into Mimecast products in upcoming quarters.

Elevate Acquires Downstream and GA

Elevate has acquired experiential design studio Downstream and luxury hospitality design studio GA, combining the firms into an expanded Elevate Creative with more than 250 designers, technologists, and strategists across North America, Europe, and Asia. The deal broadens Elevate's capabilities in immersive digital experiences and luxury hospitality design and appoints Chris Allphin as President of Elevate Creative.
