The Elevate team (led by CEO Paul Carlisle) will join Executech as the Tri-Cities office, expanding Executech's geographic reach and access to cybersecurity and cloud services.

LRQA Acquires ELEVATE from EQT Private Equity

LRQA has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ELEVATE, a Hong Kong–headquartered provider of ESG and supply chain services, from EQT Private Equity. The deal brings ELEVATE's assessment, advisory, program management and analytics capabilities into LRQA's global assurance platform to expand sustainability, supply-chain and data-analytics offerings; the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Unispace Acquires Downstream

Unispace, a global workplace strategy, design and construction firm, has acquired Downstream, an experiential design agency headquartered in Portland, Oregon. The acquisition brings Downstream's branding and technical design expertise into Unispace's global delivery platform and expands Unispace's presence on the U.S. West Coast; terms were not disclosed.

PartnerHero Acquires ElevateCX

SellerX Acquires Elevate Brands to Create SellerX Group

Berlin-based eCommerce aggregator SellerX has signed an all-share agreement to acquire U.S.-based Elevate Brands, creating SellerX Group with more than 80 Amazon-native brands and combined annual sales of roughly €400m. Existing investors (led by Sofina with participation from L Catterton, Cherry Ventures, Felix Capital, 83North, Upper90 and TRCM Fund) committed €60m+ of new equity and the combined business will receive an expanded credit facility to pursue further M&A and international expansion.
