The deal integrates Flexpub's browser-based eBook rendering, marketing and direct-to-reader sales tools and oLibrary's open-access distribution portal into diacriTech's XEditPro platform to create a more complete end-to-end publishing solution.

Volaris Group Acquires BiblioCommons
