Simplex Wellness, a Philadelphia‑area provider of turnkey corporate fitness and wellness solutions, has acquired HealthEase, a 30‑year corporate fitness facility design and management firm. HealthEase founder Armand Tecco will remain involved as Chief Strategist and VP of Business Development while Simplex Wellness founder David Rambo will lead HealthEase as President and CEO to expand integrated wellness offerings and client reach in the Philadelphia metro area.
