Peak Technologies, a portfolio company of Sole Source Capital, has acquired Graphic Label LLC; terms were not disclosed. Graphic Label, headquartered in Yakima, Washington, provides AIDC consumables, hardware, software and on-site services primarily to the food & beverage market — the add-on expands Peak's geographic reach into the Pacific Northwest, strengthens on-site service and label capabilities, and creates cross-selling opportunities.

Labelink Acquires International Label & Printing Co., Inc.

Labelink, a Montreal-based North American packaging-printing manufacturer, has acquired International Label & Printing Co., Inc. (IL&P), a Chicago-based printing converter. The acquisition expands Labelink's U.S. footprint and brings IL&P's legacy labeling and converting capabilities into the Labelink USA platform to better serve consumer packaging customers.

ICAPE Group Acquires MON PRINT

ICAPE Holding (ICAPE Group) has acquired 100% of MON PRINT, a Danish supplier of printed circuit board (PCB) solutions founded in 1965. The acquisition (purchase price €0.7 million) expands ICAPE’s presence in Denmark and Northern Europe and will integrate MON PRINT into the ICAPE Group platform to broaden services and geographic proximity to industrial customers.

Phaidon Acquires The Monacelli Press

The Lachemont Group Acquires Coastal Packaging

The Lachemont Group, a holding company with assets in New Jersey and Los Angeles, has acquired Coastal Packaging, a custom flexible-packaging manufacturer that produces roll stock, open-mouth bags, custom-fit container liners and pallet covers. The acquisition gives Lachemont vertical integration with its existing plastic-processing property and expands the group's geographic and end-market reach while enabling the Coastal Packaging brand to continue operating under new ownership.
