Nvidia Reportedly Acquires Shoreline for ~$100M

Nvidia has reportedly agreed to acquire incident-automation startup Shoreline Inc. in a deal valued at around $100 million, according to Bloomberg. Shoreline, founded in 2019, provides cloud observability and runbook-driven remediation software for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud and had raised roughly $57 million from investors including Insight Venture Partners, NTT Venture Capital and Dawn Capital.
