HDT Global Acquires Federal-Fabrics-Fibers, Inc. (3F)

HDT Global, a Solon, Ohio-based manufacturer of expeditionary and defense solutions, has acquired Federal-Fabrics-Fibers, Inc. (3F), a Lowell, Massachusetts manufacturer of advanced woven and non-woven air-supported (AirBeam) shelter systems. The acquisition adds 2- and 3-D shaped woven AirBeam technology and rapid-prototyping capabilities to HDT's expeditionary shelter product portfolio to better serve U.S. government and allied military customers.

The Pulaski, Virginia-based manufacturer of coated and laminated performance fabrics (≈60 employees) will operate under XFS Global as part of a vertical-integration strategy to strengthen shelter solutions for military and commercial customers; the transaction was financed with assistance from Lake Country Capital (LC2).

Eaton Acquires Fibrebond

Fibrebond, based in Minden, Louisiana, designs and builds pre‑integrated modular power enclosures for data center, fiber, industrial and utility markets; the company is expected to generate approximately $110 million of adjusted EBITDA in 2025 on roughly $378 million of trailing revenue.
