Bondcote Performance Textiles Acquires Graniteville Specialty Fabrics

Bondcote Performance Textiles (BPT), a subsidiary of XFS Global and backed by Lake Country Capital, has acquired Graniteville Specialty Fabrics (GSF). The GSF team, brand, and product lines will integrate into BPT while continuing operations at GSF’s Graniteville, South Carolina facility, expanding BPT’s coating and technical-textile capabilities to better serve defense, first-responder, and commercial end markets.

XFS Global Acquires Assets of Creative Tent International, LLC

XFS Global, LLC — a newly formed SDVOSB backed by Lake Country Capital — has acquired the assets of Creative Tent International, LLC and relocated the manufacturing operation from Las Vegas, Nevada to Natural Bridge Station, Virginia. The deal expands XFS Global's manufacturing footprint and capabilities (including RF welding, sewing/cutting, metal fabrication and kitting) and places Creative Tent's leadership team in charge of the new company.

HDT Global Acquires Federal-Fabrics-Fibers, Inc. (3F)

HDT Global, a Solon, Ohio-based manufacturer of expeditionary and defense solutions, has acquired Federal-Fabrics-Fibers, Inc. (3F), a Lowell, Massachusetts manufacturer of advanced woven and non-woven air-supported (AirBeam) shelter systems. The acquisition adds 2- and 3-D shaped woven AirBeam technology and rapid-prototyping capabilities to HDT's expeditionary shelter product portfolio to better serve U.S. government and allied military customers.

Quiltcraft Industries Acquires Fabtex Inc. After Willistown Capital Recapitalization

Quiltcraft Industries, newly recapitalized by Houston-based private equity firm Willistown Capital, has acquired competitor Fabtex Inc. The deal creates a larger hospitality-focused textiles platform with expanded geographic reach, manufacturing and sourcing capabilities, and a combined workforce of more than 300 employees across the United States and Mexico.

Tex-Tech Industries Acquires Fiber Materials Inc. from Spirit AeroSystems for $165M

Spirit AeroSystems has sold its Fiber Materials Inc. (FMI) business to Tex‑Tech Industries, Inc. for $165 million in cash. FMI — a supplier of high‑temperature carbon/carbon and ceramic matrix composites with facilities in Biddeford, Maine and Woonsocket, Rhode Island and roughly 400 employees — supplies materials for defense and NASA programs; Tex‑Tech said the acquisition expands its thermally protective materials capabilities for aerospace, defense and space markets.
