WNS (Holdings) Limited has acquired Vuram, a Chennai-based enterprise automation services provider, for $165.0 million including up-front payment and expected earn-outs. The deal expands WNS' intelligent automation, low-code and ML-enabled process capabilities, is expected to add ~2% to WNS' net revenue in fiscal 2023, and to be accretive to adjusted earnings.
