Cardel is a Hertfordshire-headquartered manufacturer of lamination plates and specialist components for ID documents, payment cards and PCBs (74 employees; ~GBP 16.5m net sales in 2023); Lifco will consolidate the business into its Systems Solutions area to support further global expansion and product and application development.
