Hillman Solutions Corp. (Nasdaq: HLMN) has acquired Intex DIY, Inc., a supplier and manufacturer of wiping cloths, consumable rags and cleaning textiles, to expand its Protective Solutions business. The bolt-on acquisition—made through Hillman’s wholly-owned subsidiary Big Time Products, LLC—adds Intex’s product suite and manufacturing/distribution capabilities (a facility outside Atlanta, Georgia) to Hillman’s portfolio; financial terms were not disclosed.

Limbach Holdings Acquires Industrial Air (Greensboro, NC)

Limbach Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: LMB) has acquired Industrial Air, LLC, a Greensboro-based specialty mechanical contractor, for an initial enterprise value of $13.5 million in an all-cash transaction with up to $6.5 million of contingent earn-outs. Industrial Air, founded in 1964, provides engineered air handling, air filtration and controls to industrial and textile customers and is expected to contribute roughly $30 million of revenue and $4 million of EBITDA annually; the deal expands Limbach's geographic footprint in the Carolinas and strengthens its industrial/institutional capabilities.

Exchange Income Corporation Acquires DryAir Manufacturing Corp.

Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) has acquired DryAir Manufacturing Corp. for approximately $60 million, funded with $15 million of EIC common shares issued to the vendors and $45 million of cash drawn from EIC's credit facility. DryAir — a St. Brieux, Saskatchewan manufacturer of portable hydronic heating systems founded in 1994 — will remain led by its founder and CEO following the transaction as EIC looks to grow its manufacturing segment and ensure ownership succession.
