Dallas-based private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners acquired Washington, D.C.-based digital marketing and advertising agency REQ. REQ will join THP's growing marketing services platform alongside Exclusive Concepts and Highnoon as THP pursues an acquisition-driven strategy to scale capabilities and serve enterprise and SMB clients; REQ's founder Tripp Donnelly will remain President and join the platform's executive leadership.
