LDC Backs Texthelp with Growth Investment

LDC has made a significant growth investment in Texthelp, the Belfast-headquartered education technology specialist, to accelerate growth, expand into new markets and further develop its software and data analytics capabilities. The deal returns capital to prior investor Delta Partners and will support Texthelp's management team as it scales its SaaS products across education and corporate customers worldwide.
