The deal includes Florida Food Service's assets and its 86,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Gainesville, Florida; Ben E. Keith will retain all employees and convert the operation into its Florida Division to expand its footprint into northern and central Florida.

E S Foods Acquires Assets of Notables

The transaction will allow E S Foods to incorporate Notables' product lines and customer base into its existing school foodservice portfolio; East Wind Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to E S Foods.

Benford Capital Partners portfolio company Nutrition Service Company (NSC) completed two add-on acquisitions: Echo Ridge Ag Services, LLC and Kress Farm Supply, Inc. (d/b/a Sherwood Elevator). The transactions expand NSC's dairy nutrition capabilities, customer base across Wisconsin, and feed production and grain storage capacity while providing an exit path for the Kress family.

Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition Acquires F.L. Emmert

Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire F.L. Emmert, a 140-year-old family-owned manufacturer of animal nutritional solutions based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The deal (subject to customary closing conditions) adds Emmert's R&D capabilities and product portfolio in pet, livestock and aquaculture markets to Wilbur-Ellis' Nutrition division and expands its pet food ingredient offering.

US LBM Acquires Jennings Builders Supply & Hardware
