Tenth and Blake Beer Company, the craft division of MillerCoors, has acquired Granbury-based Revolver Brewing. Revolver will remain a separate business unit with existing management and employees and will leverage Tenth and Blake's resources to expand the Revolver brand across Texas; terms were not disclosed.

Tilray Brands Acquires Eight Beer and Beverage Brands from Anheuser‑Busch

Tilray Brands, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire eight beer and beverage brands (including associated employees, breweries and brewpubs) from Anheuser‑Busch. The deal covers Shock Top, Breckenridge Brewery, Blue Point, 10 Barrel, Redhook, Widmer Brothers, Square Mile Cider Company and HiBall Energy and is expected to close in 2023, significantly expanding Tilray’s U.S. beverage footprint and production capacity.

Sapporo U.S.A. Acquires Stone Brewing

Sapporo U.S.A. has agreed to acquire Stone Brewing, combining Sapporo's U.S. business with one of America's largest craft brewers. The deal (expected to close in August 2022) gives Sapporo bi-coastal brewing capacity at Stone's Escondido, California and Richmond, Virginia breweries and lets Stone continue operating its taprooms and breweries under existing branding and management.

Agrial Acquires Two Beers Brewing and Seattle Cider Company

French agricultural cooperative Agrial has acquired Two Beers Brewing and Seattle Cider Company, merging the two Seattle-based beverage producers into a single, wholly owned subsidiary. Founder Joel VandenBrink will remain CEO and all employees were retained; Agrial aims to provide capital and international distribution to accelerate domestic and global growth for the cider and beer brands.

Tacoma and Hoyt LLC Acquires Jackalope Brewing Company

Tacoma and Hoyt LLC, a Tennessee-based investment firm, has acquired Jackalope Brewing Company, a craft brewery and taproom in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. Steve Barone (CEO of Tacoma and Hoyt) will become CEO of Jackalope while founder Bailey Spaulding remains Chief Beer Officer and Steve Wright shifts to Chief Revenue Officer as the company pursues regional growth and expanded distribution across the Southeast.

Anheuser-Busch Acquires Four Peaks Brewing Company

Anheuser-Busch announced an agreement to acquire Four Peaks Brewing Company, a leading craft brewery based in Tempe, Arizona, to join its The High End craft business unit. The deal brings Four Peaks' brewpubs and statewide distribution into Anheuser-Busch's craft portfolio; terms were not disclosed and the acquisition was expected to close in early 2016.
