Marlin Equity Partners has completed the acquisition of Puzzel, an Oslo-based provider of cloud-based contact center (CCaaS) software. Marlin said it will partner with Puzzel's management to scale the business, invest in product functionality (including AI capabilities) and expand the company's geographic presence.

Clarus Commerce, a Marlin Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired PrizeLogic to combine loyalty, rebate and digital engagement capabilities and deliver an end-to-end loyalty suite for major brands and retailers. The deal brings PrizeLogic's Engage platform and first-party CDP together with Clarus's loyalty services to expand capabilities, deepen data assets and accelerate growth; financial terms were not disclosed.
