The acquisition brings Cairn’s subscription, discovery, and commerce capabilities into Outside’s membership ecosystem (Outside+), expanding Outside’s consumer commerce services and benefits for partners and members.

Celcoin Acquires CobranSaaS

Brazilian fintech Celcoin has acquired CobranSaaS in a 100% cash transaction to strengthen its credit infrastructure capabilities. CobranSaaS provides loan and debt-collection management software (processing ~6M payments/month) and will be integrated into Celcoin's B2B financial infrastructure offerings following Celcoin's $120M Series C in June 2024.

Black Mountain Software Acquires Cascade Software Systems

Cascade's COO Ayren Spinner will join Black Mountain as President of Cascade; deal terms were not disclosed.

E Source Acquires Cairn ERA

Descartes Systems Group acquired GroundCloud, a Minneapolis-based provider of final-mile carrier SaaS solutions that combine route execution, safety/compliance and video telematics. The deal involved approximately $138 million in up-front cash plus an earn-out of up to $80 million tied to revenue targets.
