Peloton Equity partnered with a management team led by Harvey Diamond, Richard Kolodny, Mitchell Yoel and Charles Valentine to launch Journey Health & Lifestyle Brands, a Richmond, Virginia–based DTC platform focused on senior health and lifestyle products. The newly formed company concurrently acquired firstSTREET for Boomers and Beyond, Inc., with debt financing from White Oak Financial, to serve as the platform's initial acquisition and accelerate expansion of senior-focused consumer health product lines and channels.
