Costa Farms Acquires Battlefield Farms

Costa Farms, the Miami-based wholesale grower, acquired Battlefield Farms, a 40-year-old grower of annuals and perennials in Rapidan, Virginia, expanding Costa's production footprint and assortment. The deal brings Battlefield's 45 acres of greenhouse and 20 acres of outdoor production into Costa's network, strengthening its supply to national retailers and regional customers.
