Bolthouse Farms Acquires Carrot Operations of Rousseau Farming Company

Bolthouse Farms has entered into an agreement to acquire the carrot operations of Arizona-based Rousseau Farming Company. The deal expands Bolthouse's regional growing footprint into Arizona to better serve customers in the Southwest while Rousseau retains ownership of its other produce operations; terms were not disclosed.
