Seattle-based Collinear Group LLC has acquired Xylariam LLC, a Seattle digital solutions firm, to integrate advanced software design and development capabilities into Collinear's aerospace and defense engineering and consulting services. The deal is intended to create a vertically integrated solutions provider for aerospace customers and accelerate digital transformation and new product development initiatives; Alexander Hutton served as exclusive financial advisor to Collinear Group.
