Coupa Software completed the acquisition of Exari, a contract lifecycle management (CLM) provider, to integrate advanced CLM capabilities into the Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platform. The strategic buyout (reported at approximately $215 million in cash) expands Coupa's contract management functionality and enables tighter operationalization of contracts across spend transactions.
