Arterex Acquires Adroit USA Inc.

Arterex has acquired Adroit USA Inc., a vertically integrated medical device contract manufacturer with facilities in Bangalore, India and a U.S. engineering lab in Milpitas, California. The deal adds over 650 employees and expanded injection molding, precision metal fabrication and assembly capabilities, strengthening Arterex’s global manufacturing footprint and offering an alternative production source to China.
