Sponsor Capital has agreed to acquire Fonecta (including group companies OIKIO, 020202 Palvelut, 02 Taksi and 020202 Solutions) from funds advised by Triton. Terms were not disclosed; the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and Fonecta's management will remain in place and invest in the business.

LeadCloud Acquires Fonecta Data Services with Investment from Juuri Partners

LeadCloud (a brand of LeadVenture Oy) will acquire Fonecta's data services business, including its customers and 13 employees, with the transaction effective October 31, 2019. Finnish VC/PE firm Juuri Partners is making a significant investment and will become the main owner of LeadCloud; Fonecta said the sale lets it focus on digital marketing and reputation management.

Ekinops Acquires Olfeo

Ekinops has completed the acquisition of 100% of Olfeo's share capital through its holding company Oscar SAS, buying the cybersecurity software provider from its founding shareholders, financial investors and employee shareholders. The deal brings Olfeo's SSE/SASE web security capabilities (SaaS and on-premises) into Ekinops, adding ~60 employees, €6.3m ARR (2024) and over 500 customers to accelerate Ekinops' push to become a leading European network cybersecurity (SASE) player.

The acquisition strengthens NetNordic's security capabilities and accelerates its expansion in Finland and the broader Nordic market.
