Sponsor Capital has agreed to acquire Fonecta (including group companies OIKIO, 020202 Palvelut, 02 Taksi and 020202 Solutions) from funds advised by Triton. Terms were not disclosed; the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and Fonecta's management will remain in place and invest in the business.

LeadDesk Acquires Fluentic Oy

LeadDesk has acquired Finnish AI-powered translation solution Fluentic Oy in a trade sale to add AI-based translation and automation to its contact center platform. Fluentic — which generated approximately €0.5 million in revenue in FY2025 — will integrate its multilingual customer service capabilities into LeadDesk; two employees will join LeadDesk and the acquisition was financed in part by a €0.3 million bank loan.

Fonecta Acquires OIKIO Digital Performance Agency

OIKIO will continue to operate as a standalone brand and its founders will remain in varying roles; financial terms were not disclosed.

Pegasystems Inc. announced the asset purchase of Infruid Labs, a business analytics and data visualization software company, to integrate Infruid’s consumer-grade interactive visualization capabilities into the Pega Platform. Motive Partners & Clearlake Acquire Majority Stake in InvestCloud

Funds advised by Motive Partners and Clearlake Capital acquired an 80% stake in InvestCloud and combined it with Motive portfolio companies Finantix and Tegra118 to create a global, next-generation SaaS wealth solutions platform. Co-investors in the transaction included Accenture, Citi Ventures and Fiserv; the combined InvestCloud Group will target global wealth managers, private banks and asset managers with an integrated cloud-native offering.
