Tyler Technologies, a provider of software and technology services to the public sector, has acquired Safeground Analytics, a New England–based real estate appraisal and assessment services firm. The acquisition brings Safeground’s appraisal, reassessment, litigation support, auditing, and assessor-education capabilities into Tyler’s Property & Recording Division to strengthen and expand Tyler’s appraisal services offerings nationwide.

Tyler Technologies has acquired Computing System Innovations, LLC (CSI), an Orlando-area provider of AI-driven redaction, indexing, and document processing software for courts and public-sector customers. Tyler will integrate CSI's Intellidact platform into its eFile & Serve and other product suites to expand AI automation and document-processing capabilities; CSI management and staff will join Tyler and remain in their current offices.

The acquisition expands Ark's SaaS and cloud security capabilities—integrating Vantyr's app-to-app and non-human identity technology with Ark's existing IAM and slauth.io offerings to serve commercial and government customers.
