Adswerve Acquires MiaProva to Expand Digital Marketing and Testing Capabilities

Adswerve has acquired MiaProva, an Adobe Solution Partner and maker of an Optimization Management Platform, to strengthen its digital marketing, testing and personalization capabilities. The deal brings MiaProva founder Brian Hawkins and the company's proprietary technologies (including a widely used Chrome extension and an optimization application with hundreds of enterprise users) into Adswerve's consulting and Adobe services practice.
