Litera, a global legal technology provider, has acquired Lynch Marks, LLC, the developer of PS/Ship, a shipping and invoice management solution used by many Am Law firms. The acquisition expands Litera's platform capabilities by adding front-office shipping and back-office invoice processing workflows to better serve law firms and corporate legal teams.
