EasyKnock has acquired Onder, a Seattle-based home maintenance subscription platform, in an asset acquisition to integrate Onder's property maintenance capabilities into EasyKnock's residential sale-leaseback marketplace. Onder CEO and co-founder David Krieger will join EasyKnock as chief product strategy officer as the combined company expands services to simplify homeownership and launch a nationwide property maintenance offering.
